We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented college student to join our team for the Summer of 2023. The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths in efforts to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy.

As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will gain experience including but is not limited to activities and tasks listed below:

• Manage project deliverables in line with the project timeline
• Manage project with implementation plans and proper communication for a successful delivery
• Manage project issues and escalate, if necessary
• Track project progress
• Schedule, organize, and lead meetings on related topics
• Coordinate and collect test requirements for the ERP COE (SAP, S4HC, Salesforce, and Hybris)
• Provide status graphs/reports

Experience/Qualifications

• COVID-19 vaccines will be required for all newly hired Carrier U.S. Salaried employees
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive tasks to closure
• Familiarity with Jira a plus
• Exceptionally high moral ethics
• Experience with software development principles and processes
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools and architecture
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Self-driven and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to work independently

Education

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field of study
• Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred
• GPA must be greater than or equal to a 3.0 GPA
