Levi Strauss & Company is pursuing a LSA dedicated Assistant Marketing Manager to own site and app content marketing across the US and CA. The successful candidate is extremely organized and a key collaborator partnering with many cross-functional teams. You will own site and app content strategy, execution, and serve as the main point of contact with external partners.
About The Job
Site + App Content:
  • Act as key liaison for CMS partners to promote flawless content execution across platforms. Engage FED + technical teams when needed.
  • Responsible for all content uploads within CMS tool.
  • Manage the Marketing Coordinator, Site + App to ensure seamless content launches across site, app, and blog.
  • Act as CMS SME through deep understanding of CMS tool and to mitigate risks within platform.
  • Own the briefing, development, and execution of all US and CA site content launches and takedowns – inclusive of promos, site refreshes, blog, etc.
  • Oversee the content strategy and execution of all US app content launches takedowns – inclusive of promos, brand moments, etc.
  • Ongoing QA and optimization of Levi.com’s consumer experience.
  • Attend weekly production meetings to keep open and ongoing communication with web operations team to ensure flawless site execution.
  • Partner closely with Creative and Global Teams to ensure timely and accurate handoff of all assets / toolkits.
  • Drive app enhancements and A/B testing initiatives to an ensure optimal Levi’s App consumer experience.
  • Conduct frequent site analysis. Collect data and insights from Adobe Analytics to share with broader team on weekly + monthly basis – daily during holiday season.
SEO
  • Act as key liaison for RioSEO, to ensure pages stay up to date with top ranking SEO keywords, and most recent communications for each US Levi’s store.
  • Create a seamless site & service UX by consistently QA’ing, updating, and providing accurate and concise information on Levi.com of the latest updates, services, and events.
  • Partner closely with the current SEO Manager to continuously optimize best SEO practices for US Site to increase visibility and ranking positions, inclusive of optimizing content containers sitewide, implementing keyword driven metadata into top trafficked PLPs, enforcing Image Alt Text best practices, updating site mapping, and briefing in blog content.
About You
  • High level of skill with communicating in a globally matrixed organization
  • Experience working in a CMS (Contenstack a plus)
  • Creative sensibility and aesthetic, supported by ability to implement complex projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (Communication, Marketing, Business, etc.)
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce
  • Must possess a proven ability to drive execution of marketing campaign launches
  • Ability to execute quantitative and qualitative analysis and convert insights into actions through data storytelling
  • Experience in creating presentations / analyses and presenting to key stakeholders
  • General knowledge of best-in class eCommerce business and marketplace knowledge
The expected starting salary range for this role is $66,000 - $104,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
