Site Merchandiser Manager Jobs

Manage the product onlining process end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate production and working with cross functional partners to do so

Monitors and QAs the site daily for best customer experience

2+ years previous work experience in an e-Commerce or Omni role

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel proficiency

Have experience working within buying or store organizations and with multiple cross-functional groups

“Be the Voice” for the online business and work closely with Merchant partners to achieve the online sales plan.

Proficient computer skills, Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products, specifically Excel

Great relationship management that delivers results through effective teamwork

Work with the Senior Site Manager and the DTC merchandise team to optimize product detail and category pages

Monitor product recommendations for relevance; manage increased exposure or suppression of products

3-4 years of experience in ecommerce, college degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Strong detail orientation, organizational, and documentation skills with the ability to prioritize a varied workload.

Proficiency with catalog management tools

Previous experience in e-commerce site merchandising

Previous experience in retail merchandising and/or buying a plus

Stage and merchandise products on our sites

Collect and enter assets, product information, and technical specifications

Track results and optimize listings

Proven analytical and project management skills

Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions

Ecommerce merchandising experience and aptitude

CMS experience and search tool experience (i.e. Algolia)

Direct product hierarchy to maximize conversion, manage search results vs. category navigation results

Manage site search to ensure optimal results for key search terms, always maintaining and updating per what is trending
