As a Site Manager at Clean Team you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your assigned site. We are currently looking for a Site Manager in Van Wert. This facility is a 24/7 operation. Primary responsibility is during 1st and 2nd shift but 3rd shift availability is needed based on the business needs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of managing multiple buildings and employees.

We Rely On Our Site Managers To

• Control labor and supply costs
• Oversee multiple buildings, monitoring the quality of services provided to customer to secure customer retention
• Identify areas where further training is necessary and identify and retain our cleaners.
• Manage your time and prioritize a weekly agenda
• Deliver product and ensure each building is adequately stocked
• Train and lead a team of Cleaning Associates
• Work together with your team and upper management to provide effective communication

Job Qualifications

• Skilled at making quality decisions, follow through with strategic planning to meet deadlines on tasks and projects
• Capability to create a game plan for each shift and week by using effective time management and scheduling
• Ability to give and receive feedback and effectively apply solutions to resolve issues or manage conflict

Site Managers have opportunities for advancement.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience coaching, mentoring and training others
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• 3-5 years proven management experience with multiple buildings and employees

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have valid car insurance
