As a CPI Warehouse Manager, you will occupy a key role in working with and for a company that builds the physical infrastructure that powers, protects and secures the world’s digital technology. Day to day, you will, manage the overall control and movement of materials in and out of the warehouse and offsite locations at all CPI Georgetown facilities. You will set daily priorities in the shipping & receiving, warehouse and inventory control areas. Coordinates daily assignments to maintain workflow. Develops and assures conformance against established objectives. Accountable for quality and quantity of work produced within the material control department. Ensures inventory accuracy by adherence to processes established within the Epicor E10 system, controlling the physical location and movement of inventory in the warehouse and on shop floor. Works with purchasing to ensure that inventory levels are optimized. Administers assigned safety programs to ensure OSHA compliance.

Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of a variety of materials used in manufacturing.
• Three (3) years relevant work experience, including use of ERP system and man management.
• Ability to utilize various computer software programs for work processing, database, and spreadsheets.
• B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Certification in Production and Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Ability to set and meet goals
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet and numerical analysis.
• Good communication, negotiating and delegation skills.

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Work in a manufacturing environment.
• Lift up to 25lbs.
• Working with a computer.
