Area Showroom Manager Jobs

Proven experience in marketing, event coordination, and showroom management.

Regularly review and analyze showroom performance, providing reports to senior management and suggesting improvements where necessary.

As a Showroom Manager, you will have a mission-critical role managing the entire client sales cycle.

● Exceptional communication skills, particularly interdepartmental coordination with warehousing, upholstery, finishing, freight, and fulfillment teams.

● Top-tier analytical skills; adept at analyzing problems, making sound decisions, executing tasks, and performing follow-ups.

Streamline order flow and communication, from establishing an account to delivery and fulfillment.

Ensure accuracy in quotes, invoices, and internal tools such as Trello and Invoice Ninja.

Offer an exceptional customer experience to every customer throughout all interactions with the showroom.

Open, maintain and manage showroom facilities and appearance to include overseeing maintenance and merchandising daily.

Be a brand advocate and acquire a high degree of knowledge about the company and the products.

Hire and manage contractors and temporary staff for showroom setup and market hospitality.

3+ years of gift and home industry sales or showroom experience.

Visual merchandising experience is a plus!

5+ years Ferguson sales experience, prior Showroom sales experience is preferred

Good judgment, problem solving skills, and ability to see the "big picture" in order to provide the ‘why’ for associates

Coaching and mentoring skills necessary

Experience defining customer needs and providing solutions
