MetroStar is looking for a SharePoint Developer that is passionate about working in a SharePoint environment and developing innovative and sophisticated solutions for our government customer. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be a member of the Application Development Team and report to the DevSecOps Division Chief. In collaboration with your teammates and the customer, you will deliver content modification and customization support to multiple SharePoint Applications for a Federal Customer. You will be actively involved in leading requirements gathering and design decisions for all customizations in addition to leading SharePoint-related troubleshooting efforts.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain SharePoint applications including troubleshooting and debugging issues.
• Balance priorities and workload across multiple projects and multiple developers as needed.
• Design, develop, test and debug software solutions while following software development process, coding, and configuration management standards.
• Participate in solution design and concept visualization, create user interface mockups, prototypes and demo solutions to stakeholders.
• Design, develop, configure, deploy custom .SharePoint 2016 Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Computer Science or Information Technology
• A good understanding of Windows SharePoint Services and other web development experiences will be required in order to implement high quality, scalable and effective SharePoint solutions to support various organizational requirements.
• Proficient knowledge of SharePoint 2016 or newer, including workflow and content management.
• 5+ years of experience as SharePoint developer.
