Reporting To: Senior Designer

Location: Remote, North America

The Designer for Pens.com will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective digital designs for the brand's website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. This role will report to the Sr. Designer and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare designs for production and communicate with vendors and printers as needed.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
• Create digital designs, including web pages, email templates, digital ads, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design.
• Work closely with the Sr. Designer to maintain consistency in design style, quality, and branding.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts and design solutions for campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with designing for responsive web and email templates.
• 2+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in an e-commerce or B2B environment.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

The range of the base salary for this role is $50,000.00-$60,000.00 USD accompanied by a competitive benefits package.
