As a Graphic Designer for Medical Research, you will play a vital role in creating re-usable visual templates that translate complex scientific concepts and data into visually compelling and accessible materials using Tidbit's proprietary creating toolset. Your designs will be instrumental in supporting medical research initiatives, educational materials, presentations, and publications for millions of researchers, students and public by making medical research easier to communicate to the masses.

Responsibilities:

1. Create Engaging Visuals: Develop visually appealing graphics, infographics, and illustrations that effectively communicate medical research findings, methodologies, and scientific concepts.
2. Produce Publication Graphics: Design eye-catching visuals for scientific publications, posters, and research papers, adhering to branding guidelines and industry standards.
3. Stay Current with Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in medical research visualization, contributing to continuous improvement in our design processes.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to ensure accuracy and high-quality design deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in various design tools.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with exposure to medical or scientific visuals.
