The SharePoint Support Consultant is responsible for providing technical assistance and support for SharePoint online users within the organization. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of SharePoint sites and services.

This position will be the primary point of contact for SharePoint issues so communication and understanding the issue will be key.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the IT team to implement and configure SharePoint solutions.
• Monitoring and maintaining SharePoint sites and services to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving problems related to SharePoint functionality, permissions, and access.
• Conducting user training and creating documentation to support SharePoint usage.
• Staying updated with SharePoints best practices, new features, and industry trends.
• Responding to user inquiries and providing technical support for SharePoint-related issues.
• Participating in the planning and execution of SharePoint upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of SharePoint policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SharePoint architecture, site collections, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Understanding of SharePoint security and permission management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting SharePoint issues and providing effective solutions.
• B2 English level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
• Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., SharePoint Administrator) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and related technologies.
• Proven experience in SharePoint administration and support.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
