Who We Need:

The Servicing Senior Analyst | Transaction Management provides continued support to the SVP, Capital Markets | Servicing in every major area of Secondary Marketing. This role has a general understanding of the Secondary Marketing process, handles additional daily maintenance duties within the department, and is responsible for urgent and/or escalated requests.

What You Will Do:

• Review monthly remittances, GNMA liquidations, collections, portfolio performance (prepayments, delinquencies, etc.) and financial counterparty reconciliation
• Responding to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate servicing transactions including MSR Bulk and flow, co-issue and other related activities
• Liaise between sub-servicer, internal stakeholders and other capital market participants as needed
• May manage mortgage servicing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, and meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders
• Other duties as required by management
• Support our mortgage servicing reporting, data analytics and data quality control functions
• Perform regular reviews of activity related to delinquency, default, loss mitigation, claim processing
• Generate, analyze, and distribute applicable reports to management; monitor for any adverse trends on an as needed or ad-hoc basis
• Support and assist the servicing operations team regarding ad-hoc analysis loss mitigation efforts within the portfolio

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Experience with mortgage servicing software systems preferred
• Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
• 5+ years of servicing experience required
• Ability to keep up with a busy work flow
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication and grammar skills
• Has knowledge of Agency and Government loan products, programs and investor requirements

The expected base salary for this position ranges from seventy one thousand dollars to one hundred thousand dollars, determined based on the applicant's experience, skillset, education, training, certificates, and licenses.
