Draft situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, management presentations and term sheets in support of M&A assignments

Relevant industry certifications (CAMS, CFC, CRC)

Prepares savings diagnostics applying data management, benchmarking, opportunity analytics, implementation, and project closeouts

Advises on CBRE service platform integration (i.e., Transaction Management, Capital Markets, Supply Chain and Logistics, Labor Analytics, Incentives etc.).

Conducts, synthesizes, and presents research on industry standard methodologies, and other issues of importance to the client.

Prepares professional, client-ready presentations and supporting documentation in a variety of formats including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Documents cost saves from CBRE initiatives, nationally and regionally, and internationally as required.

Provides client reporting, activity tracking and performance measurement.

Performing risk assessments for data protection, supplier management and enterprise risk management programs

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Manage specific areas of exposure

Experience in network security or server/endpoint security

Experience with Fraud Protection and Risk assessment

Experience with MS Office Suite products

Experience using help desk software and remote support tools

2 to 3 years experience as a Customer Support agent

Technical experience and ability to troubleshoot, replicate and document product bugs essential

3+ years of experience working in regulatory landscape involving AML/BSA/Fraud

Prior experience at a bank of fintech is preferred

Experience or comfort working in a global environment

Use independent and professional judgment when dispositioning Fraud, BSA/AML and Sanction Screening alerts.

2+ years of experience in transaction monitoring/compliance/AML with a financial institution or fintech company

Knowledge and familiarity with Chainalysis & Elliptic

1 - 3 years relevant BSA/AML/OFAC, Compliance, Audit or Bank Operations experience is preferred

Proven experience in a Control and Governance role either in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd Line of Defence

Financial services experience specifically in Front Office Supervision and related Conduct Risks and Controls relevant to the Markets businesses

Experience with Foreign Exchange, Rates and/or Credit

Proven depth of expertise in strategy execution, with experience of delivering change across risk and control environments
