Loan Operations Loss Mitigation Servicing Coordinator I

Job Summary:

This individual will be responsible for daily loan servicing of all Loss Mitigation loans.

Essential Functions:

• Respond to customer inquiries with exemplary customer service in established service agreements
• Ensure total document and data integrity attributes to comply with CECL data points
• Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
• Research and correct errors as applicable
• Reconcile and balance General Ledger accounts daily
• Complete monetary/maintenance transactions based on the instructions of Loss Mitigation personnel
• Complete special projects upon requests
• Track expense invoicing on loan history per Loss Mitigation instructions
• Process short term loan modifications
• Work with on-site equipment
• Complete charge-offs, dispositions, and settlements in a timely manner
• Work as part of a team
• Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations

Education + Experience preferred:

• Basic knowledge of loss mitigation loan products, loan support, credit policy, compliance and interpretation of legal and regulatory issues
• Associates degree in business administration preferred
• 2+ years customer services
• 2+ years banking experience
