As a ServiceNow admin/developer within the Corporate Systems team, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, securing and developing Cyber Security Operations Centre ServiceNow platform in line with ServiceNow, Security and ITIL aligned best practices. You will be required to develop technical solutions that meet the business needs in providing support services to our clients through ServiceNow. It is essential that you have the capability to fully analyze and understand user requirements in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and manage priorities throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap.
Developer
• Scripting and development of OOTB and custom features and solutions (JavaScript:
both server and client-side Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages)
• Core understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow
integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC,
ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
• Contribute to implementing and maintaining processes, methodologies, standards
and guidelines for ServiceNow development
Administration
• Manage and resolve incidents and requests for ServiceNow applications and
modules, Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow system issues and operational support
incidents and requests
• Manage the instance security including MFA, permissions, ACLs, role-based access
• Serve as a subject matter expert to the ServiceNow team responsible for
platform administration and security, and analysis, design, development,
implementation of modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Support and optimise the configuration of applications including, but not
limited to ITSM, Security, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident, Change,
Problem, Knowledge, Release, Asset Management, Configuration Management (CMDB),
CSM, Governance and Reporting/Performance Analytics
• Manage ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, processes and standards
• Transform business and technical requirements into implementation plans, work
on document requirements, develop technical specifications, and maintain
architecture/integration documentation
• Collaborate with our strategic ServiceNow partner to continuously improve and
innovate our ServiceNow platform to drive a better client experience
