Vega Consulting Solutions, Inc. is staffing a 100% remote based, ServiceNow Developer position with our direct client. This is a Contract to Hire job opportunity (Candidates must be eligible for full-time employment).

Required Skills:

• Perform Activities with respect to the ServiceNow ITOM Environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in API integrations with other systems
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of Configuration Management-related activities related to data validation and health.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong ITOM environment (Especially Discovery).
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Experience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Experience configuring discovery patterns and understanding when not to customize a discovery pattern.
• Collaborate with the client's ServiceNow team members and other MGTI teams to understand the business requirements and take appropriate actions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience configuring various types of discovery: CI Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Serverless Discovery AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Nutanix, Storage, Citrix.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of regional databases such as MYSQL and SQL
• Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS
