Job Description
About The Role


We are looking for an Enrollments Specialist to join our team! In this role you will receive client's telephone calls or emails, resolve complex situations related to the Tebra's course of business, have good command of the English language as well as excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and problem solve.


Your Area of Focus


  • Making sure that customers get all the information on the status of their enrollments
  • Working with customers to collect information and complete specific enrollment agreements
  • Solving issues that arise during the process
  • Ownership of transaction requests (cases and payers) from beginning to end
  • Walking customers through expectations and processes needed for approval of connections
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting and procedure questions
  • Following up customer and vendors to ensure all docs are properly completed and processed


Your Professional Qualifications


  • Expertise in customer service principles and office software applications
  • 1-2 years experience with project-based work that involves following through on a process until its completion
  • Bonus: Experience in medical billing, SalesForce or other CRM, and advanced telephone systems
  • Domain experience in either healthcare, technology, or both preferred, but not required
  • Not only out of this world problem-solving skills, but the ability to find your way through a maze of resources to find solutions
