Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to integrate Discovery data with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as Security Operations, Vendor Risk Management, or Policy and Compliance, is a plus.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Governance, Risk, and Compliance (CIS-GRC) certification is highly preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong understanding of GRC processes, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and applications, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Asset Management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet client requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements for ServiceNow solutions.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, and APIs.

Strong communication skills to manage escalations and offer technical mentoring to IT support specialists.

HDI, Six Sigma, Project Management and /or other computer related certifications, a plus.

Partners with other technical teams to identify and understand systems requirements for Manage Engine Implementations.

Document all incidents and changes in IT Service Management system to meet or exceed SLA's.

Perform user account administration, account creation and management and password resets in Active Directory.

5 or more years' experience in ITSM suite technologies (BSM Remedy, Manage Engine, Ivanti, Calabrio WFM, Service Now, Fresh Service, etc.).

• Manage and resolve incidents and requests for ServiceNow applications and

• Transform business and technical requirements into implementation plans, work

Ability to manage multiple knowledge bases in a ServiceNow environment.

Serves as administrator with overall ownership of our ServiceNow instance including Incident, Knowledge, Problem, Change, Service Request, and CMDB modules.

Gathers requirements to design, build, and maintain the corporate environment.

Advanced administrative technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow instances including old and new releases.

Follows ITIL best practices for system maintenance, and platform upgrades.
