Job Description

This position is 100% remote (Office is in Washington DC)

Due to Federal Governement Security Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship


PRISM seeks a ServiceNow Admin/Developer to serve as a ServiceNow Admin/Developer performing a wide variety of technical tasks in support of a complex, high visibility IT modernization project utilizing ServiceNow.

  • Develop systems integrations and process automation.
  • General support, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
  • Provide over all O&M support for all ServiceNow modules and custom applications based on the release schedule.
  • Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.
  • Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
  • Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
  • Coordinate application and platform upgrades.
  • Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits.
  • Configure and maintain SLA, catalog items and their associated workflows.



Basic Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to obtain Public Trust
  • Good presentation skills..
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting CSM Modules specific to customer poral, catalog items and case management workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow case, incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications.
  • Experience in custom application development and workflow automation in ServiceNow.
  • Experience troubleshooting and analyzing
  • Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
  • HS diploma and 5 years of experience or BS in Computer Science support and 3 years of experience with Service now.
  • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision..
  • Experience in API integration and IT management


Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • ITIL v3/v4 Certification.
