Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and implement technical requirements while working with standard design principles.
• Willing to take on new challenges and drive them to completion
• Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues
• Develop business processes, workflows, notifications, alerts, forms, scripts, views with ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation
• Drive process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation
• Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., Public Sector, CSM)
• Engage with the Architect and Team Leads to produce high-level and /or detailed design of requirements.
• Deploy and maintain tested components across environments
• Work with clients to understand business needs, design and build solutions, and implement and test them
• Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software
• Manage the ServiceNow platform used to manage operations
• Creative and solution oriented.
• Estimating development effort for requirements.

Must Have Qualifications

• CSM Suite experience
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, CSS and HTML
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine, NOW framework, Self-Service, Knowledge Management , Advanced Work Assignment, Flow Designer
• Proven track record from developing and operating ServiceNow (3+ years)
• Experience in working according to agile, scrum or SAFe principles
• Experience of working with Integrations using ServiceNow API
• Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others
