Experience in configuring theServicePortal chat for Virtual Agent

Experience in scripting to call APIs

Experience is creating themes or use existing themes

Experience in using out of the box widgets for the application need

Experience in configuring the virtual Agent toServicePortal

Client side and server-side scripting experience

•The role is expected to be working closely with ServiceNow teams and translate business requirements into solution.

• Having knowledge of scrum waterfall process will be advantage.

•Partner with ServiceNow development team and business to drive requirement-gathering workshops, data analysis, problem-solving, and functional design.

•Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.

2+ years maintaining and/or implementing case management systems, preferably Service Now

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

A minimum of 1-3 years Business / Systems Analyst experience

Experience in Human Resources a plus, but not required

4-year degree in Computer Science, Game Design, or equivalent experience

Manage your workload and meet deadlines within an Agile/Scrum production framework

Unreal 4 experience (C++ AND blueprints)

Experience shipping PC and/or console games

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Work closely with artists on feature implementation
