Job Description

We have a challenge for you – Service Desk Junior – Texas, USA


What we are looking for:


- Minimum 6-month solid call-center / helpdesk experience;

- Skilled in both technical knowledge and customer service;

- Desired technical skills in (not mandatory): Microsoft Windows, Office365, Networking, VPNs, Active Directory, VMWare, RSA security, expertise in looking up technical issues online;

- Availability to 24/7 work shifts;

- Fluent in written and spoken English.
