Service Coordinator Jobs

• · Closing all service calls in the system when work is complete.
• · Acquire necessary materials in order to fully complete the job.
• · Effectively manage the dashboard and maintain customer as well as SLA requirements.
• · Enter accurate and complete notes in the system regarding correspondence with customers and subcontractors.
• Enter and dispatch work orders.
• · Ensure that work orders have been received by subcontractors, and verify the scheduled time and date of the work.
• · Act on all incoming phone calls and faxes.
• · Call subcontractors 24 hours after the scheduled completion date to verify completion or update the status.
• · Other duties as assigned.
• · Update customer web based portals.
