Service Coordinator Jobs

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. In our Austin Texas location, we are currently seeking an Service Coordinator to join our team of over 900 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry.

Support the Department Manager with scheduling service teams.

Support the service teams by confirming the quality of their field work and their appearance as service calls are being performed. By working with our service teams you will improve our services by training with best techniques, documentation and customer interaction.

Coordinate all of the Service department’s field work force (Alarm) directly.

• Ordering / Staging Material

Be capable of working in both an office setting and field as needed to both schedule and perform service calls.

Review work orders for accuracy.

When needed, work with Sales Reps on site surveys and estimating projects. Assist with quote reviews and qualifying their scope of work.

Maintain the service department’s inventory needs.

Support the service teams with your expertise. Lead by example.

Requirements

State of Texas Commercial Fire Alarm License is required.

Additional Licenses Are a Plus But Not Required.

Work experience, training or education in inspections, maintenance, and sequence of events and repair of Fire Alarm/Sprinkler/Suppression Systems.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient with handling multiple priorities, project duties and responsibilities.
