The Federal Grill is looking to hire an Event Coordinator for our new Downtown location! We look for proactive, energetic, and positive employees who strive to be leaders in the hospitality industry. He/She helps plan and organize events and ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day. The person in this role must uphold our core values, be goal-driven, and enthusiastic about hospitality.
Responsibilities
- MUST be able to work flexible hours -- Weekend Evenings Required!
- Assist in developing new and maintaining current relationships with local hotels sales team to generate business for location
- Attending and monitoring activities to ensure guest satisfaction
- Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace
- Must have a polished professional appearance
- Managing and budgeting guest finances for event
- Listening attentively to guest requests and keeping records of these requests
- Detail-oriented and close attention to detail
- Plus Commission on net sales for all booked events.
- Streamlines communication in Triple Seat with managers
- Respond to all inquiries in Tripleseat
Salary: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
