As a Senior Technology Project & Program Manager you’ll be responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management that are network focused. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to complete projects that involve new and/or enhanced technology, are highly complex and require tight coordination and integration with multiple organizations and suppliers. You’ll also work on long-term strategic projects and programs from original concept through final implementation, defining overall direction, scope and technical or analytical guidance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams
• Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track/review vendor deliverables
• Conduct project meetings and oversee project tracking and analysis
• Recommend and take action to direct the analysis of problems and their solutions
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports

You’ll need to be:

• Willing and excited to contribute to AT&T’s technology as well as impact current and future business opportunities through the application of technical knowledge
• An independent thinker that can exercise latitude when determining objectives and approaches to projects and can lead multiple small to medium technical projects
• An active listener that promotes open communication and can coordinate projects across multiple departments
• Excellent at analysis and problem solving as you’ll need to solve unique problems through evaluative judgment. You may be tasked with developing new concepts for cross-functional initiatives or need to pursue alternative methods
• An effective communicator that provides mentorship and technical guidance and can explain advanced concepts

Education and Experience:

• Experience working with complex, multi-faceted, multi-department projects
• 5-8 years of Technical Program and Project Management experience
• Strong technical acumen
• An understanding of Finance and Economic Analysis
• Experience working with external vendor resources
• Advance working knowledge with excel

Desired Qualifications:

• PMP Certification desired.
• Bachelor of Science Engineering or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience.

Our Senior Technology Project/Program Managers earn between $95,500 - $190,900 annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
