Synthesize complex material into executive ready views, through various lenses


  • Facilitators with senior leaders -guiding and challenging
  • Example: Determine which topics suitable for a Technology update to senior business leadership; lead creation and curation of presentation, including briefing calls and speaker notes to prepare Technology leadership to present Aptitudetounderstand technology concepts & capabilities
  • Example: Translate a list of 200+ tech release achievements into a Quarterly achievements 1 pager and write intelligent sound bites for Investor Relations to share with an external audience. This requires collaboration with senior Technologists through the process to get the story right COO mindset –work with teams on the annual planning & prioritization for what Technology book of work will be funded: ensure aligned to strategy, problem solve, suggest ways to improve planning process, craft executive presentations
  • Example: Take extensive data on which Tech programs funded and not funded and turn it into mgt information that summarize benefits and any consequences of unfunded decisions
  • Ability to translate technical language into “so what” business speak
