Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Tax Manager - International (Pillar Two Emphasis) will use broad tax knowledge to handle and lead all aspects of tax activities related to the OECD Pillar Two tax regime. In this role, you will ensure compliance with all tax and other regulatory requirements. You will use tax planning opportunities, address risk areas and provide training and operational mentorship to collaborating businesses. You will also develop and implement a tax control framework, strategize and coordinate external audits and litigation and provide tax advice. Key Accountabilities
Collaborate with a team of professionals handling complex tax issues and regulatory work within the OECD Pillar Two framework.
Lead development and implementation of complex technical tax planning solutions to capture tax benefits and mitigate risks related to OECD Pillar Two tax regime.
Work collaboratively with other regional tax advisory leads, customs managers and other corporate functions to comply with the OECD Pillar Two tax regime.
Generate and compile evidence in response to tax audits and information requests from tax authorities.
Lead transfer pricing compliance documentation preparation, inquiries, requests and audits with significant risk and or impact.
You will develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also coordinate subordinate managers and supervisors in selecting staff to align with current and future needs of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Ability to travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of professional tax experience
Three years of supervisory experience
Experience with a big four accounting firm, major law firm or multinational company
Knowledge of ASC 740 and general US GAAP principles
Excellent tax research skills with the ability to quickly conceptualize and communicate tax rules
Experience presenting and communicating complex tax issues and solutions to both tax and non-tax leaders
Experience with US International tax issues, specifically Subpart F/GILTI
Experience drawing on multiple data sets to develop complex tax models

This position may be performed remotely in the United States.
The expected salary for this position is $140,000-180,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
