We are looking for:

The regional sales leader is a key member of our Food Service Sales Team and is critical to Bonduelle’s ongoing growth and success.

Focused on the national broadliner distribution system and the customers they service, you will drive the profitability of our BU by developing and guiding the implementation of strategic selling plans aligned with the Foodservice targets.

Sales management:

  • Negotiate pricing and agreements with customers
  • Manage broker network where applicable
  • Develop channel and account plan/strategies based on BFA commercial vision and clear KPI’s of successes, in order to achieve all annual sales and profit goals for the assigned channel.
  • As the primary channel contact, you will act as a problem solver, independent decision-maker and liaison between customers and various company departments.


Committed Customer Partner:

  • Accountable for managing customer relationships and related information needed to perform job functions effectively by utilizing tools provided (JDE, Logility, Tableau, etc)
  • Have a complete understanding of organization and expectation as it pertains to the Bonduelle Mission Statement in that our sole purpose is to not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
  • Responsible for communicating customer’s current activities throughout the organization.


Analytical & Detail Oriented


  • Strong partner to our Finance Sales team you will drive the profitability of our Business unit by managing pricing and pricing analytics
  • Provide regular forecasts on business based on trends, new business and promotional events
  • You will maintain a high accuracy level in regards to customer data management including pricing, execution of allocations, trade spending and forecast
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers and internal teams
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for growth and risks on the clients accounts and the competitive activities


Communication

  • Responsible for building, managing, coaching and training a team as per the BFA Commercial Strategic vision.
  • Influential leader who collaborates with Bonduelle organization to effectively communicate all information pertaining to customer activities, to include: Customers’ team, Marketing, I&D, S&OP, finance, operations, etc. You are a team partner committed to building strong relationships.

Desired Qualifications

  • Must be able to travel +50% of time
  • Courage to make tough decisions, challenge current processes and to deliver difficult messages with professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in one-on-one and group setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or marketing within 5 to 10 years’ experience managing business within a region or large national customers.
  • A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business relationships with executive level decision makers and internal resources at all levels
  • Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Knowledge of broker management and broadline distributors is key
