Minimum of 3 years of cinematic shooting experience

Knowledge of either AVID or Adobe Premiere is a must

Experience writing scripts and news stories

Experience working in a news-driven environment

Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus

Manage content development, project scoping and budget, production scheduling, and delivery

Manage relationships with Skyword creatives -- freelance graphic designers, photographers, animators, videographers and others

Manage all logistical aspects of digital creative work produced by Skyword creative freelancers

Ensure open communication about budgets and project status with Professional Services team and Account Managers

Collaborate with Community Managers on the nurturing and growth of the Skyword community of freelance writers and creatives

Assist with QA/ UAT/MLR processes and development of functional requirements for digital projects

Create production schedules based on delivery dates and keep interested parties (music groups, localization teams, creative, studio & legal teams) updated

Knowledge of regulatory requirements of email marketing (privacy regulations, CAN-SPAM, data management)

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Working knowledge of email marketing, including experience with email deployment tools

Review calendars, manage email workflow tools and support campaign kickoffs

Consistent track record in achieving consensus from partners, peers and executive management for critical initiatives via influence and tact

Knowledge of and experience with shooters, RPGs and/or action games is a plus

An experienced Executive Producer with 9+ years in game production and a minimum of 7 years direct supervisory experience

Expert-level understanding of the game development process, including hands-on experience leading development teams

Experience with the publishing process, particularly for AAA PC/console titles

Knowledge of live operations and games-as-a-service (GaaS)
