Location: NYC office // Hybrid

Experience Desired: 2-3 years in video production/ media

Pay Rate: $25 per hour / 35 hours per week

Description:

Betches Media is looking for an enthusiastic Branded Video Producer to join our video team. The Branded Video Producer should be proficient in production, shooting, and editing digital video to help produce branded content across all Betches Media platforms, specifically Instagram & Tiktok.

The ideal candidate is passionate about video production, knows and loves Betches brand and voice. This role will report to the Director of Video and work alongside the video and sales & partnerships team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Produce, shoot, edit, and occasionally star in a variety of Betches Media branded videos
• Assist in conceptualizing creative video ideas during pre-sale for partners that meets both the Betches brand voice and partner KPI's in response to RFP’s and additional sales requests
• Help craft "bigger" overarching video ideas and/or series Betches can sell to partners
• Work with Account Managers during post-sale to ensure scripts and edits are delivered in a timely manner
• Work alongside the video and sales teams to create branded content from pitch conception to final publication
• Collaborate with video and content team to produce high quality video content

Qualifications:

• Fluent in the culture of social media
• Ability to shoot and edit narrative sketches
• Comfortable appearing/acting in videos as needed
• Able to operate DSLR and/or professional video camera if needed
• Past media experience a plus
• Interest or background in comedy
• Ability to travel locally for events, if needed
• Understanding of basic lighting techniques
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (knowledge of After Effects and other
• Strong ability to produce and film quick social videos
• 2-3 years experience in producing, shooting & editing videos
• Adobe apps huge plus)
