Overview


As a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, you will be focused on driving operational excellence across talent acquisition helping to deliver a best-in-class hiring process for candidates and hiring managers. You will assess and improve complex process and systems initiatives and will engage with internal and external business partners in a data-driven manner.


In this role you will assess areas of opportunity, within Talent Acquisition, define recommendations and design programs and projects that help the company and teams scale. This role will help develop and drive critical initiatives and projects with stakeholders, including change management to ensure adoption. Help build and manage data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs to make data-driven decisions. This role will be responsible for tracking metrics, managing reporting, and identifying opportunities to drive process rigor and efficiency.


Responsibilities


  • Process mapping and documentation to enable streamlining of recruiting workflow
  • Maintain process documentation, learning guides, and other artifacts
  • Continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiencies as well as the candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Develop robust metrics to measure talent acquisition's effectiveness focusing on continuous improvement and actively reshaping/rebuilding standards and metrics of the talent acquisition organization
  • Assist in the design and development of recruitment processes, strategies, and approaches in partnership with HR and business leaders
  • Support the organization on process related questions and needs
  • Stay current with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in talent acquisition operations, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of industry standards
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and other talent acquisition technologies
  • Continuously monitor the health of processes and play a key role in identifying and delivering opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of recruitment services, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets and relationships
  • Oversee vendors (background, job boards, ATS, RPO) to understand utilization, best practices and future offerings
  • Lead new vendor evaluations, for both technology partners and recruiting resources
  • Manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery
  • Analyze current talent acquisition processes, identifying process efficiencies, gaps and determining go forward process plans (i.e., identify and implement \"best practices\" and workflows across the company to help streamline and standardize processes)
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within HR on initiatives and day-to-day operational issues
  • Effectively drive ad hoc projects across the recruiting team—leverage quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions and recommendations
  • Are aligned to the company's strategic goals/initiatives
  • Direct oversight and responsibility to grow, lead, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Support change management communications with appropriate internal partners, including process documentation, standard operating procedures toolkits, trainings, content, and resources
  • Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations will be instrumental in developing and refining the talent acquisition strategy for our growing company, ensuring our processes and programs are aligned to the company's strategic goals/initiatives
  • Develop talent acquisition reporting dashboards with the ability to generate and analyze metrics regularly updating leadership and management


Workforce Planning:


  • Develop Corporate succession planning tools to determine bench strength and forecast for key positions
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure that the talent pipeline is robust and ready to fill immediate needs and future demands
  • Utilizing business analytics, work with corporate leaders to forecast talent needs on a quarterly and yearly basis to allow the business to manage talent and talent acquisition to meet those needs and fill gaps


Qualifications


Education and Experience Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience developing process documents
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Use judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, or government law Experience
  • Demonstrated project and time management skills
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or a related operation, data analytics, or project management role
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet goals and pre-defined measurement criteria Demonstrated project and time management skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas


Physical Requirements:


This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
