Position: Senior Manager HRIS & Workforce Analytics
- Lead implementation and integration of new HRIS upgrades, working closely with vendors, IT teams, and department stakeholders to ensure successful deployment
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and maintain data accuracy
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of new system enhancements
- Oversee the management and administration of the HRIS platform, including system configuration, security, and access controls
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, requirements, and testing strategies
- Manage a direct report to generate regular and ad-hoc reports, metrics, and analytics to support HR and management decision-making
- Identify trends and patterns in HR data, provide actionable insights to leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials related to HRIS functionality
- Provide guidance and training to HR staff and system users on HRIS functionality, workflows, and best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting HRIS-related issues and provide timely support to resolve user queries or technical problems
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR technologies and make recommendations for system upgrades or modifications that align with business needs
- 5+ years of business or HR management experience, with proven track record of successful HRIS implementations and system management
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Leaders must be willing as to work to meet work demands working varied hours at time
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles utilizing different platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert level in Excel
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to lift to 15 lbs. independently not to exceed 50 lbs. without help.
