Title: Business Data Analyst

Duration: 13 Months

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) 3 days in office 2 days WFH.

:

• 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Budgeting and forecasting experience would be very helpful as well
• Writing SQL statements/SQL Programming experience building test scripts participating in requirement gathering raw data analysis and an overall understanding of how to change data approaches within Agile
• Real estate experience is very nice to have but no other industry requirements.
• Strong understanding of dashboards and ability to build these needs.
• Perform Metadata and Data Lineage Documentation

Typical day split

• Document the requirements necessary to provide the design and development
• Triage additional requests related to data needs
• Meetings to gather requirements from business partners Enhancements to the data delivery approach When data sets are offered we need to be able to tweak how data is delivered
• Analyse/Validation of the Data that is being provided to downstream consumers.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $35- $37 per Hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
