What you will do-

You will provide leadership and direction to the Communications and Endoscopy distribution teams in Flower Mound, TX and San Jose, CA to ensure achievement of business goals and objectives through consistent coordination of quality on-time deliveries that are cost effective and provide a positive customer experience. This is a hybrid role. We are seeking a candidate in the surrounding area. The employee is expected to be physically present at a Stryker location in Flower Mound, TX on a weekly basis but has the flexibility to work from home.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Select, supervise, develop, and engage the distribution teams consisting of managerial and distribution staff.
• Support or lead M&A supply chain integrations and new product launches for the Division
• This role will partner with Divisional Operations Leaders, Divisional Manufacturing Leaders and Commercial Leaders to understand Divisional and GQO strategic plans and translate them into world class supply chain solutions
• Communicate the department’s vision, metrics and achievements to all employees, as well as senior staff, on a regular basis; communication may include, but is not limited to: business planning, business review, highlights, weekly meetings, etc.
• Set and achieve quality, cost and delivery service objectives
• Investigate and identify new technologies and processes to increase efficiency of the unit
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures (Stryker Quality System, FDA, FAA, OSHA, etc.)

What you need-

• Bachelor’s degree, required
• 10+ years of related operations, distribution or technical experience, required
• Medical device or other highly regulated industry experience "preferred"
• 5+ years of supervisory experience "preferred"
