As a Senior Manager, you would lead a team to inform and empower premier financial leaders so they make the best possible decisions. We want you to focus your strong leadership and communication skills on interpreting data and communicating insights so the numbers come alive. This role will support the consolidation of Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products, the overall Walt Disney Company, as well as lead key analysis projects across areas such as Real Estate.

You’d join a dynamic team whose job is to work directly with finance leaders, both at Corporate and across the Disney businesses, by providing financial insight across the Company.

Responsibilities:

On any one day you might:

• Analyze cash flow forecasts and business cases for major capital projects
• Showcase your leadership and confidence on a large team
• Evaluate the Company’s long-term plan, including valuation analysis of different lines of business
• Monitor segment operating performance
• Engage in ad-hoc financial analysis, including Real Estate decision valuation, as well as special projects at the request of the CFO
• Interact with extraordinary partners to whom we are dedicated
• Support/engage segment finance teams, in addition to corporate functions such as Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations, and Treasury:
• Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Take advantage of “D Learn” opportunities
• Perform and analyze quarterly, annual or 5-year segment operating plans:
• Enjoy movie screenings, team building activities and regular lunch-and-learns
• Prepare dynamic messages for different audiences including corporate management, high-level executives, and the Board of Directors
• Support ongoing investor and financial communications

Preferred Skills:

• Work experience within the entertainment industry is a plus

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required (preferred in Finance, Business Administration or related field)

Preferred Education:

• MBA or CPA is preferred

The hiring range for this position in California is $148,140.00 to $181,060.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
