Position
A Private Advisor team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Senior Investment Analyst. The Senior Investment Analyst will work with our Private Advisor team members and will interact directly with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be the face of the practice and is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role. 
Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with various managers and key investment, financial advisory, and service support partners
• Research, collect, and analyze investment and financial data and information
• Due diligence and research of new and existing investment managers, alternative investments, and related financial partners, products, and services
• Maintain database of investment information and monitor existing investments and strategies
• Conduct and provide portfolio reviews with clients, provide feedback to team and execute on any follow through action items for clients
• Conduct and provide the investment analysis and reporting, education, and investment committee meetings, and participant investment and advisory service needs for defined contribution and defined benefit plan clients
• Conduct the trading and implementation of client investment strategies
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and development of financial plans

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client investment required
• BA/BS degree required
• 3+ years of client service experience within the private wealth management industry required
• Series 7 & 66 registration required
• Insurance license preferred

• Ability to adapt to constantly changing market conditions, reporting needs and requirements
• Works well in a team environment
• Excellent client facing, interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint, as well as Bloomberg, Envestnet & various performance reporting systems such as Tamarac and Black Diamond
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment as well as manage multiple tasks effectively with frequent interruptions
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for other variable compensation programs.
