Responsibilities:

• Due Diligence: Collaborate with internal teams to gather and present relevant financial and operational information for due diligence processes with potential investors.
• Investor Communication: Develop and execute effective investor communication strategies to keep investors informed about Nat Milk's performance, growth opportunities, and environmental impact.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors, including institutional investors, venture capital firms, private equity firms, and impact investors.
• Market and Industry Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for investor relations strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze financial markets, investor sentiment, and the impact of investor relations efforts on Nat Milk's valuation and market perception.
• Investment Presentations: Prepare compelling investment presentations, pitch decks, and financial models to effectively communicate Nat Milk's business model, competitive advantage, and market potential to potential investors.
• Negotiations and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations and collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure investment deals that align with Nat Milk's strategic objectives and provide value to both the company and investors.
• Investor Relations Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy, including investor targeting, roadshows, investor events, and participation in relevant industry conferences.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable securities regulations, reporting requirements, and investor disclosure obligations.
• Investor Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investors who are aligned with Nat Milk's mission, values, and investment criteria.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in managing financial and investor-related information.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record in building and maintaining relationships with investors, with a focus on sustainability, impact investing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in investor relations, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a similar role within the financial industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of securities regulations, compliance requirements, and investor reporting standards.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment trends, and capital raising strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and effectively convey complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
