Senior Graphic Designer Jobs

Association Headquarters is in search of a Senior Graphic Designer to successfully deliver creative projects to Association Headquarters client-partners and Association Headquarters itself. The Senior Graphis Designer brainstorms, conceptualizes, advises, and delivers projects to multiple clients simultaneously and must be comfortable working in a production environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Contribute to research and development efforts for new products and services for AH's menu based on AH client and employee feedback.
• Execute layout of quarterly publications.
• Work across all social channels to align visual consistency and drive innovation
• Deliver on-time creative output, within defined project scopes and in-line with established standards
• Brainstorm and collaborate with marketing experts, other designers, and web designers.
• Creative project discovery, development, and delivery for client-partners and Association Headquarters.
• Work with existing graphics/branding elements to create banners and imagery for web, print advertisements, signage, and various other projects.
• Support Director, Manager and Creative team staff with design strategy and leadership for assigned creative projects.
• Work well in a fast-paced, production environment; consistently delivering work product on time and within established scope and fee parameters.
• Provide accurate and timely input to the Creative Production Lead for all assigned creative projects.
• Share layout, typography, design trends and other relative information with creative team members.
• Provide accurate time estimates for projects.

MEASUREMENT OF SUCCESS

• # of renewed client project
• % of project growth from existing AH clients (i.e. 2019 # of projects vs 2020 # of projects within creative department
• Overall client satisfaction
• # of new projects introduced to current AH clients (i.e. new conference name badge, videos integrated into PDFs, etc.)
• On-time delivery of assigned creative projects

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Basic Video Editing/Motion Graphics skills a plus
• High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
