JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Review store structure to seek opportunities for customer-centric initiatives.
  • Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities and standard processes to store

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passion for cannabis (but does not need to come from the industry)
  • Experience directly managing a team required
  • Experience working in the retail landscape overseeing in-store employees and developing strategy across multiple locations
  • A track record of achieving retail traffic increase strategies in tandem with at home delivery, store layout, and operations while differentiating from brick/mortar competitors
  • 5+ years of retail sales experience required
