Provide leadership to develop and deepen the use of innovation, research, and knowledge creation for Productive Learning.

Keep abreast of cutting-edge knowledge and development in terms of strategies and standards related to productive learning.

Proven experience in software engineering, including hands-on software development experience and previous leadership or management experience.

Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with associated collaboration and project management tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, quality assurance, and infrastructure, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

Lead and manage a team of software engineering managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth and development.

Set the technical direction and roadmap for software development, driving innovation, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance product offerings.

Lead the operational efficacy, evaluation of metrics, and fiscal management within the Systems sector of the Program Initiatives.

Manage and inspire staff towards effective delivery of system programs.

Engage with communities to foster understanding and gather input on educational systems.

Formulate and execute a strategic plan for continual refinement of the Clients educational systems.

Generate inventive models for augmenting the integration of educational systems into the Clients programs.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Systems Planning, Business Administration, or related fields.

Collaborate with the Channel Management team to work with Carrier customers to fulfill requirements for device training.

· Prior account management experience preferred with a proven track record in executing an account strategy.

· Demonstrate excellence in time management skills and follow-up to ensure meeting on-time deliverables.

Lead the content management process including instructional design and delivery to internal and external partners.

Serve as primary training POC (point of contact) for the Channel Management team

Collaborate in business planning sessions with Channel Management leadership, as needed.

Minimum of a Master’s Degree (advanced degree in instructional design, project management, educational technology or related field preferred).

Knowledge of higher education academic and financial operations, as well as technical infrastructure at the university preferred.

Experienced in software development and/or product design.

Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of bank/project management understanding.

Bachelor’s degree, in Management Information Systems, or relevant field (preferred)
