As a Senior Client Success Manager - Trials (TSM) you’ll work closely with our Enterprise Sales teams to help demonstrate the capabilities of our video safety and video telematic solutions to trial clients. The TSM is responsible for the management and success of trials and works closely with our prospective client to understand their business and safety objectives, then crafts a program solution that best meets their needs. Through a standardized consultative methodology, the TSM will educate the client on standard processes for identifying, understanding, and reducing the causes of risky driving behavior within their fleets, as well as focus on driver and mentor adoption. A successful project results in the client converting into a long-standing partner who incorporates our products throughout their entire operation. You'll Get To:
- Own the entire trial project plan working with cross-functional teams to ensure key achievements and timelines are met
- Consult on topics including organizational change, communication strategy, risk management, coaching techniques and more
- Collaborate with the Sales team to design a customized trial win strategy that meets a clients’ safety objectives in a competitive environment
- Responsible for delivering high levels of customer happiness
- Build and deliver effective training, best course of action and program performance presentations using data analytics
- Other duties as assigned
- Partner with the Enterprise Key Account Team on expansion opportunities and renewal efforts
- Play a key role within each trial project acting as the liaison for clients throughout the trial process, developing strong relationships at a variety of levels within the client organization and successfully influencing key contacts
What you'll need:
- Strong technical insight; ability to learn technical products quickly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication style, particularly strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience within industry's such as: services, trucking, and fleet is highly preferred
- Ability to build positive relationships, including the ability to empower and influence clients and decision-makers
- 5+ years of account management and strategic consulting experience with Enterprise clients
- Ability to travel < 20%

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
