As a Business Analyst in our fast-growing SaaS product company, your responsibilities will include:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams like product managers, developers, and designers, ensuring a thorough grasp of product features and functionalities.
• Project Planning and Management: Engage in project planning and management, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and successful product releases.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct UAT and facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders to validate and refine product features.
• Gap Analysis: Analyze requirements, performing gap analysis to uncover improvement areas, potential risks, and innovation possibilities within our SaaS offerings.
• Customer Insights: Collaborate with customer support and sales teams to gain insights into customer feedback, pain points, and feature requests, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our SaaS offerings.
• Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, comprehending their business needs, pain points, and objectives concerning our SaaS products.
• Stakeholder Updates: Regularly update stakeholders, providing progress reports, achieving milestones, and addressing potential roadblocks, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technical Alignment: Work closely with the development team, ensuring solutions align with business goals and are technically feasible within our SaaS product framework.
• Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry trends and SaaS product development best practices, proactively suggesting enhancements or innovative solutions to uphold our competitive edge.
• Documentation: Formulate clear and concise user stories, use cases, and technical specifications, guiding the development and enhancement of our SaaS products.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Proficient problem-solving abilities to dissect complex issues and propose effective remedies.
• Passion for Technology: Enthusiastic about technology and motivated to contribute to the success of cutting-edge SaaS products.
• Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst, preferably within a SaaS product company or related technology sector. Plus if you are from the storage industry !
• Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for analyzing intricate business challenges and devising practical solutions.
• Documentation: Skilled in documenting requirements, use cases, user stories, and technical specifications using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methods and project management practices.
• Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that is constantly evolving.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
