Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain Ops

The Operations Analyst for Supply Chain Operations will serve as the business analyst developing, monitoring and reporting of vendor and partner metrics for inventory, production, fulfillment, distribution of our debit and prepaid card products and programs. The qualified candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. This role reports to the Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate (with external parties and with other departments) plans, issues, requests, responses, and administrative items.
• Serve the needs of internal and external stakeholders by working with our third-party partners/vendors to ensure high-quality service and results.
• Suggesting new ideas for improving our services to stakeholders and customers.
• Review deliverables: program and branch setups, operational documents, SLA’s and other business requirements.
• Track programs, projects, jobs, and processes to provide detailed and summary reporting on all Supply Chain activities.
• Schedule and conduct meetings and publish minutes.
• Develop and communicate KPIs for measuring and reporting on key Supply Chain deliverables.
• Resolve problems and direct the escalation of communication as necessary.
• Combine interpersonal skills and business knowledge to evaluate opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Monitor and oversee the daily fulfillment of our personalized, instant issue and retail package cards.
• Establish and enhance relationships with key individuals within and outside the organization.
• Collect questions and requests and follow up on answers and decisions.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to deliver enhanced levels of service.
• Create, review, document, and refine processes.
• Use personal relationships within Netspend to drive progress and growth with our production partners and distributors.

Skills/Education/Experience:

• As provided in Netspend's Background Check policy, eligible candidates may be subject to drug, criminal history, and credit checks, which will be conducted and used in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Proficient with Microsoft productivity software, particularly Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations required (payment card industry a plus)
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
