Manage and lead a cross functional team for Supplier Management and Audits for Business Risks and Quality Compliance

Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field

Find and Develop R&D suppliers to meet Freenome Product Requirements and Specifications

Experience with supplier qualification, management, and customer service practices

Experience in pharmaceutical product development and Total Life Cycle Cost (TLCC) management

Experience in all areas of biopharmaceutical supply chain and logistics, including warehousing, enterprise, and inventory systems, purchasing, and transportation

Experience in pharmaceutical packaging and distribution solutions

Experience with inventory tracking systems

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

3 years of experience in business strategy and project management a plus.

Proven change management process experience with the ability to drive positive change.

Work closely with Logistics Manager to ensure timely dispatch with reliable, cost-efficient carriers.

Professional certification in one or more supply chain/logistics functions a plus.

7-10 years of experience in supply chain operations is required.

Experienced SAP user is required with proficiency in procurement and materials planning.

Good planning and organizational skills, coupled with strong time management and project planning skills

Serving as the Supply Chain representative on Study Management Teams and other project teams as assigned.

Participating in the set-up of IRT systems (specifications review/UAT) and day-to-day management of IRT (re-supply strategy in IRT/supply inventory).

Aptitude for working with computer systems to plan and manage supply chain requirements

Executing appropriate supply strategies, project timelines, and project plans to meet trial requirements.

Ensuring appropriate supplies are ordered, maintained, and distributed to clinical sites, based on industry standards and project-specific requirements.

Previous supervisory/management experience in a transportation environment is preferred.

Provide key data and input for product life cycle management.
