- Perform process assessments and identify opportunities for streamlining and cost reduction.
- Conduct research and data analysis to gather insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
- Strategize with senior consultants and client teams to identify operational challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of best practices and operational excellence.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to operations management.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to deliver presentations to clients, showcasing complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend conferences or industry events.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting market research and data analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in operations consulting or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, finance)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong listening and interpersonal skills. Highly effective at preparing and presenting information.

- Investment- and Fund-level Reforecasting: BWAM is responsible for creating proprietary investment-level valuation models for the portfolio to enhance our ability to reforecast investment-and fund-level performance on a routine basis.
- Active Asset Management Support: The team works closely with Acquisition Teams to help monitor all strategic and joint-venture operating partners on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include weekly leasing calls, monthly operations reviews, annual budget and business plan reviews and financial analysis; and
- Asset-level analytics: Providing quantitative and qualitative investment- and portfolio-level performance reports by consolidating and analyzing monthly operating reports produced by operating partners to track and monitor performance against initial underwriting;
