Overview


Bellwether Corporate Advisory is seeking a highly motivated and talented Corporate Advisory Senior Associate to join our growing team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in addressing their operational challenges and driving transformative change. You will work closely with senior consultants and client teams, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will also have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience by working independently to build internal capabilities and processes for the team.

We serve as thought partners to our clients in many capacities including value creation and across the M&A lifecycle. Focusing on growth strategy, transformations, transactions, recovery and turnarounds, Bellwether Corporate Advisory executes the fundamental changes necessary to create and sustain value.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform process assessments and identify opportunities for streamlining and cost reduction.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to gather insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strategize with senior consultants and client teams to identify operational challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of best practices and operational excellence.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to operations management.
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports.


Professional Requirements:


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver presentations to clients, showcasing complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend conferences or industry events.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting market research and data analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in operations consulting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Education/ Certification


  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, finance)

Travel Requirements


Frequent domestic travel will be required for prospect and client meetings, approximately 100% of the time. Limited international travel is anticipated at this time.

Compensation & Benefits


Compensation range: $130,000 to $140,000, plus discretionary bonus.


Offered salary is based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. Other compensation includes a discretionary bonus.
