What You’ll Do
- Handle basic and routine Student Loan inquiries via multiple channels, generally through phone, online chat, or document processing. Student Loan Account representatives use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published material, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Navigates a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. Must have excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills and be comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed.
How You’ll Do It
- Assist customers by being Helpful, Engaging, Resourceful, and taking Ownership, in a fast-paced environment via phone, chat, or through customer document processing.
Qualifications You’ll Need
Bonus Points If You Have
- 1+ years of experience in collections, customer service, call center or related field
- High school diploma or GED
