Seasonal Ticket Operations Assistant Jobs

4-year degree or equivalent education

Up to 3 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of content production, workflow, formats and specs for broadcast production, social content, and digital marketing.

Exceptional communication skills with ability to effectively work in close liaison with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous requests and deadlines.

Guide new vendors throughout the supplier onboarding process.

Experience in personnel management and providing direction to others.

Experience at Division I level in athletics setting.

Knowledge of ticketing software, particularly Paciolan.

Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only)

Nature & Purpose Of Position/Usual Duties

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Oversees the processing and delivery methods of all plan ticket orders and requests

Assists with the daily financial reportingtotheFinancialdepartment,including delivery of account payments

Assists in all areas of ticket operations and reporting on game days

Assists with managing of single game and season plan inventory

Responsible for game day communication between Pelicans and Saints Ticket Operations’ andallboxofficestaff

Oversee the renewal process for season tickets including invoicing, inventory management, and distribution of all-season ticket plans.

Knowledge of TM Access Manager, TMOne, EMT, Account Manager Tools, and Online Account Manager required

Develop and manage department budget goals for operating expenses

A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a Ticket Office in a related or similar ticketing environment

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, extensive customer service skills.

Professional knowledge of Microsoft based programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

1-2 years of experience with Ticketmaster ARCHTICS, TMONE, Price Master, TM Presence, Account Manager as well as other TM applications preferred.

Candidate should be very organized with great attention to detail, time management and be a team player.

Skilled and proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, Word etc.

Work closely with finance department on tracking and keeping seamless records of payables and receivables.

Manage and supervise all game day employees with ticket issues and customer service on game days.

1-2 years working in a professional sports environment or equivalent setting preferred.

Manage relationship with Marian University Maintenance and contractors

Work with General Manager to hire, train, and manage intern team and roughly 100 game day staff members

Sales focus: groups, season tickets, ticket packages, business memberships, some sponsorships

Promote and sell all types of group and picnic options to organizations and individuals

Handle incoming ticket calls, provide customer service to current and potential ticket package holders

Effectively monitor client’s satisfaction with follow-up both before and after event

Technical support for the league’s regular and post season ticketing programs. To include request processing, fulfillment, inventory management, and financial reconciliation.

Hands-on experience and full working knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing system.

Operational support for onsite resolution centers, mobile ticketing support teams, gameday fan experiences, and event customer service resources.

8+ years of experience in high volume event ticketing, fan experiences and credential programs.

Experience in large scale domestic and/or international events or large venues.

Clear & concise written and verbal communication skills.
