The Outbound Scheduling Coordinator (OBC) is responsible for helping support the department's mission of supplying on-site and virtual face to face interpreters. Each day, the OBC will be assigned to various outbound tasks with an expectation to work on that task to their fullest availability. This includes outbounding to interpreters, contacting agencies, requesting UTP approval, updating clients, and more.
- Updates clients frequently for urgent requests and/or requests still pending
- Logs into take inbounds as assigned
- Other Duties as assigned
- Maintains a high level of customer service while answering both phone calls, emails and checking online requests as well as processes them accurately
- Meets daily assigned outbound quota
- Contact and assign an appropriate Interpreter for each assignment, and send necessary information to the Interpreter for each request
- Escalate requests to ‘Awaiting Supervisor’ as necessary
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrating superior performance as a Project Coordinator-Inbound
- Professional and positive phone manner with clients from all types of industry sectors
- Demonstrates ability to consistently meet quotas
- Attention to detail while effectively juggling multiple tasks
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite and demonstrate the ability to type 30 wpm
- Basic interest in foreign cultures required (knowledge of foreign languages helpful
- The rate of pay for this position is $ 16.00/hr .
- Monday to Friday, 11:00AM - 7:30PM EST.
