Job Description
Partners with team members, brokers, and customers to coordinate successful submission and implementation of new cases.
  • Provides underwriting support by assisting with the
  • Collaborates with field leadership and client management teams to achieve growth and renewal objectives.
preparation and delivery of new and/or renewal case files. -Analyzes inputs/outputs for reasonability.
  • Uses rating/financial tools, reference materials, and source systems for premium, membership, and claim
information.
  • Coordinates necessary open-enrollment materials upon
notification of sale.
  • Processes enrollment of new cases and serves as a point of contact for the customer, broker, and/or General Agent during the installation process.
  • Replies to new business related inquiries, and redirects to other business teams, as appropriate.
  • Collects necessary information for a successful
implementation and communication of key milestones.
  • Handles multiple tasks and effectively prioritizes work.
  • Tracks the sales pipeline process and results in appropriate database.
  • Collaborates and coordinates with customer and team members to manage the integration of client’s and Aetna’s internal organizations, ensuring a smooth installation.
  • Verifies contracts to ensure established underwriting guidelines are met.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and organization, with superior critical thinking and decision-making skills.

  • 1-3 years previous sales support or administrative experience
