Key Accountabilities

• Ability to prioritize tasks given
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
• Ability to ensure all administrative work tasks are completed accurately, with timeliness, and completion within deadlines.

General Requirements

• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills including outstanding telephone etiquette and demeanor
• Team player who works collaboratively supporting multiple people
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy an initiative
